Case came damaged, one of the locking mechanisms was broken. The case was silver and not the black case advertised. A couple of the products were mislabeled and not what was advertised on the bottle. The order was also missing the wax I chose, Azure. The packaging of the products inside the case was fine, and packaged so they would not leak. This was my 3rd order from the company and the 2nd one that had issues. Really wanted to like them, because I like supporting family businesses.
Really sorry to hear about the damage, we have refunded the cost of the case to your account.
Ocean is now a White colour opposed the light blue. There aren't any other mislabelled bottles in the order. SPA+ is a ceramic shampoo and by nature these are more 'runny' than traditional shampoo's.
Azure 50ml is on its way.
The previous order that you are refferring to had Fortitude as one of your waxes, which was end of line, however our team upgraded you to Montgomery. Montgomery is around £100 more and the same attributes, so we assumed that you would be happier with this upgrade. I would be hesistant to say that an upgrade as substantial as that was an issue.

All the chosen products arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. I chose Blanc for the wax and although I probably could have spent a bit more time on the preparation of my wife’s car, the wax went on easy and still looks fantastic after several days of driving on dusty forest tracks and roads.
